CALUMET TRACE WELCOMES BRAEDEN HENDRIX AS EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Calumet Trace, a Charter Senior Living Community offering Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care, is pleased to announce the appointment of Braeden Hendrix, LNHA, as Executive Director of the community.

An Owensboro native, Hendrix brings a strong background in senior care operations, leadership development, financial management, and regulatory compliance. His career in healthcare has progressed through a variety of operational and leadership roles, giving him a comprehensive understanding of the factors that drive quality outcomes, resident satisfaction, and team success.

Most recently, Hendrix served as Assistant Administrator with Providence Healthcare Group, where he supported executive leadership in daily operations, staffing strategy, budget oversight, compliance initiatives, and performance improvement efforts. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a commitment to building accountable leadership teams, strengthening workplace culture, and creating environments where residents and team members can thrive.

A Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, Hendrix earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Western Kentucky University and his Associate of Business Administration from Owensboro Community & Technical College. He is recognized for his analytical approach, commitment to ethical leadership, and focus on fostering cultures centered on quality care and accountability.
